There's a new config setting piwik_pro_ads_enabled. When disabled, it would be nice to respect the users decision and to remove all references for Professional help where it is mentioned. Eg on the help page, etc. I think this is what a user also would expect.

This should work already by disabling the ProfessionalServices plugin
