Maybe it would be worth creating a new small user guide to document our Configuration file config/ini.php.

Some ideas of the guide could present:

• the Config file viewer in Administration > Diagnostics > Config file
• how to override a config file setting (eg. explain that config settings must be set below an INI section)
• mention the console command config:set useful config file changes automation
