Goal of this issue is to add a new Tooltip on the "Evolution" column in the All Websites dashboard. See this dashboard: http://demo.piwik.org/index.php?module=MultiSites&action=index&idSite=3&period=day&date=yesterday

When period is 'day' and the metric selector is 'visits', the tooltip could say Evolution of [Visits] compared to [yesterday].

When period is 'month' and the metric selector is 'Revenue', it would say Evolution of [Revenue] compared to [previous month].
