We are currently using %s as placeholder in many translations strings.
For all translations that contain more than one placeholder we should use numbered placeholders (%1$s, %2$, ...) instead.
That gives the possibility to change the usage order of the placeholders, which is important for some languages to translate proper.

TODOs to improve usage:

• Replace usage of %s in translation files, where more than one %s is used in one translation string
• Manually update the translations on transifex and replace the placeholders (so no translation is lost)
• Update the docs about translations and mention that numbered placeholders should be used where there is more than one %s in a translations (Add note to use numbered placeholders in translations developer-documentation#119)
• Add a Integration test, that checks all translations for not containing more than one %s (Adds test for numbered placeholder usage #9728)
