Since with heartbeat enabled (see #8225) one can also track times for visits of only single page-visit,
one should ad a tiny info to the visits which does not have a time shown
because visit time was below ping period.
Without this the user may think something is broken because times are shown for most visits but not everywhere.

maybe it's not only for usability, but also helps to "detect" visists with visit times shorter than period for heartbeat set,
to determine
new characteristic ratio: rate of interested visitors (advanced bounce rate) #9633
