fixes #9357

From the looks the possible explanation in #9357 (comment) seems actually be the case and I went with the proposed solution in #9357 (comment)

To reproduce and/or debug the following config values might need to be set:

[General]
enable_processing_unique_visitors_range = 1

[Debug]
always_archive_data_day = 1
always_archive_data_range = 1
