segment editor: strange designs when reducing browser window width / segment names width +50% #9179

was looking if there would be enough room for giving segment names a little more width (e.g. +50%) in all situations (browser window width)

Reducing width of browser window the width of segment editor box seems to jump to full window width before it's needed (seen in FF and Opera).

So what does it mean: looks a bit strange and broken at the moment, but there is always enough room for giving segment names a little more width (e.g. +50%)

could be probably fixed in one step :-)

This is related to #9100

To fix this properly we need to change how the selectors behave & look
