We can't use sudo:false travis infrastructure because Mysql server runs off the disk (slow IO). With sudo:true mysql runs off ram which is much faster.

Already experienced problems with timing out builds (which was not the case before).

Similar problem was reported on travis side @ travis-ci/travis-ci#3049
