Lines missing in the export of the row evolution of a download URL #8916

When you try to export the row evolution of a Download URL under "Actions / Downloads", there may be some lines missing.

Reproducible on demo.piwik.org:

Open http://demo.piwik.org/index.php?module=CoreHome&action=index&idSite=7&period=year&date=2015-10-03#?module=Actions&action=menuGetDownloads&idSite=7&period=year&date=2015-10-03&popover=RowAction$3ARowEvolution$3AActions.getDownloads$3A$257B$257D$3Abuilds.piwik.org$20$3E$20$40$252Fpiwik-1.9.2-b3.zip
When you export to another format (CSV, XML, ...) the line/statistics for the year 2014 is missing.
If you select "10" as number of rows to display, then it will appear in the exported report.

Got: 2014 has no data with filter_limit=5
Expected: 2014 row should have data.
