no it's not reproduce-able in the demo.
But there should be a reason why it works in this way in our installation. Maybe demo is using another version of Piwik? e.g. latest stable 2.14 and not 2.15b7 we use?

just found that you need a special case to reproduce it (this is the same for 2.15b8):

  • you choose the date of today
  • and there is no data for today available

=> data of yesterday is shown:

just another finding: this seems not to happen on other sites.
e.g. in action/pages everything is working fine

when there is no data: no data is shown:

it's the same with period "week" (see #9053)
=> so it seems to be a general problem...
