Follow up for #7837

All we have to do is to remove deprecated events from the code, make sure they are not used by core anymore and mention it in changelog

FYI: While looking through the deprecated events in CHANGELOG.md I noticed there's one marked as deprecated that is still in use and could be useful:

  • ViewDataTable.configure Here we said it could be done in a report which is true, but it is still needed if any plugin that doesn't define the report wants to change the view...
