Wrong Flag of Georgia #849

I found that flag of GEORGIA (this is country not a state of US) is still old. Flag has changed already 6 years since 2003.

Are there any other flags that require updating?

I'll have to figure out how to duplicate the wavy flag shadow effect.

I'm updating ge.png, hk,png, and pa.png, and adding background.png to svn.

What is po.png?
