Clone of #7731 with minor change: travis.yml is configured to skip fabpot/php-cs-fixer for php 5.3.3.
The alternative is to increase minimal php version from 5.3.3 to 5.3.6, which is required by fabpot/php-cs-fixer.
That seems to make all tests green - and that pull-request is intended to check it.
