updated text to Taiwan in language files #7661

This is a fix for the issue #7479 Updated text as 'Taiwan' in respective languages and cross-checked "country_tw" in all language files for text correctness.

Hi there. Sorry. We can't merge pull requests for language files. Our translations are managed with an external tool and synced to git from time to time. Everything done on git only would be overwritten.
I'll change all the strings directly in our translation tool, so the changes will be available with the next update

okay, thanks. If you need the text for translated languages in 4 files,
please see the commit files and put the text in translation tool.
