See matomo-org/plugin-QueuedTracking#5

We added this temporary workaround to make log importer work with QueuedTracking plugin. We added a hack in matomo-org/plugin-QueuedTracking@f918c2b to fix this issue temporarily as we can easily release a new version of that plugin (so a fix is available immediately). If we fix this issue properly in the log importer matomo-org/matomo-log-analytics#57 we would have to release a new Piwik version which is not good.

Plan is to fix this issue properly in the log importer and then remove this hack again.

Task of this issue is to revert matomo-org/plugin-QueuedTracking@f918c2b , increase the plugin version number, set the minimum required Piwik version to 2.13 and to release a new version of the QueuedTracking plugin.
