Currently the installation process is not internationalized; it has been pointed out by a few users that would like to be able to install Piwik in their own language. The change should be easy:
- add all strings / messages, etc. in the english language file
- add the language selector in the UI during installation (top right of the screen?)

In [1400],fixes #759 - add browser lang detection and language selector; make remaining strings translateable
