Remove coveralls test coverage from plugin travis CI configs #7391

The goal of this issue is to remove the Coveralls from the codebase and all plugins.

Reasons:

we do not use it (this is good enough reason in itself)
It started failing the build for premium plugins eg. https://magnum.travis-ci.com/PiwikPRO/plugin-TrafficMonitor/jobs/14582555
