The goal of this issue is to search for, and update, all links that point to this page: http://developer.piwik.org/api-reference/tracking-javascript and contain a #hashtag, such as http://developer.piwik.org/api-reference/tracking-javascript#force-a-click-on-a-link-to-be-recorded-as-a-download-in-piwik and change those links to point instead to http://developer.piwik.org/guides/tracking-javascript-guide#hash-tag

(We moved the guide to a new URL but forgot to update the links in the doc, and we received at least two feedback from users that they can't find the content)

Approximately 15 user guides and FAQs pointing to old urls and anchors have been updated
