User onboarding is the process of improving a person's success with a product or service. The goal of this issue is to discuss and list all the possible ways that we could improve User Onboarding in Piwik and Piwik Cloud.

Matt, could you clarify where you're focused - new users/ existing users/ paid users/ free users

Hi @JohnSherer we're slightly focused on the Piwik Cloud use case, however we want to care about all use cases: new/existing and paid/free. Please suggest your ideas :+1:
