Visit Frequency and Visit Overview Widget shows cursor:pointer on hover although nothing happens when clicking #7084

See attached screenshot. When clicking on any text nothing happens as there is no evolution graph. It should not show cursor:pointer in the widget.

Same for Widget "Visit Overview". Might be others as well
