The goal of this issue is to fix the following bug.
Reproduce:

go to https://demo.piwik.org/index.php?module=CoreHome&action=index&idSite=1&period=day&date=2015-01-05#/module=Goals&action=goalReport&idSite=1&period=day&date=2015-01-05&idGoal=1
click on the graph to reload a particular date.
Got: The parameter 'idGoal' isn't set in the Request, and a default value wasn't provided.
Expected: reload the report for the clicked date, using the idGoal in URL.
