This problem affects me in version 2.9.1 and 2.10.0-b6. When I try to add a site, a red box appears that says:

Can't add site, The method 'isPluginActivated' does not exist or is not available in the module '\Piwik\Plugins\CoreAdminHome\API'.

In addition, when I go to supplemental pages, such as General Settings, the only thing that is being displayed is the Piwik opt-out iFrame info. All the other items that normally appear on the page, like Archive Settings, Email Server Settings, etc., are no longer being displayed. See screen shots.

Hi @bcarney66 can you check that your plugins/CoreAdminHome/API.php file looks like this:
https://raw.githubusercontent.com/piwik/piwik/master/plugins/CoreAdminHome/API.php

to be sure overwrite your file with this one. does it fix the issue?

Hi @mattab - Unfortunately it did not; the red error message still appears and there missing items on the General Settings page (as seen in the screenshots above).
