The goal of this issue is to improve the Plugin activation process, so that when a given plugin is first activated and before it is Installed, we display to Super User the list of SQL queries that are going to be executed as part of the plugin install. This gives the Super User a heads-up that some major things will happen when activating/installing this plugin.

This would help users in many ways and would make the Piwik platform safer for them. We got several reports about this issue including: https://github.com/PiwikPRO/plugin-AdvancedCampaignReporting/issues/11#issuecomment-65103226
