The goal of this issue is to create a new plugin in Piwik that will let users easily track and measure how their email campaigns (marketing emails, drip campaigns, newsletters, etc.).

Typically the following data is useful when it comes to email marketing analytics:

• X emails were Viewed (open rate)
• Y emails were Engaged (click rate on any link)
• Z emails were Forwarded
• Using User ID set for example to the email address, one can track exactly which user did which actions
