The goal of this issue is that the core:update command when listing the SQL queries that will be executed during the upgrade, will not display the query that sets the version status in the DB. As a result, when copy-pasting SQL queries, an admin will not fully finish the update process and Piwik will get a chance to execute other Update scripts.
