Hi,
I am new to piwik tool.
I have installed Piwik on machine "AAA" with 8081 port and my application is also available on machine "AAA" with 8080.
If any user access the application on machine "AAA" meas locally, then Piwik is able to track those users. But if any user accessing same application from network by machine name from other system, like remote system then that user is not being tracked by PIWIK tool.

Please help me , if i have to do any extra setup or configuration to track the remote user as well, I want all user to be tracked by Piwik tool.

One additional information about my setup of Piwik is. I am using WAMP server's php and mysql. I have granted all permission to access piwik from remote in httpd.conf and myphpadmin.php file. like allowed all, granted all.
I am trying to track Atlassina Confluence wiki tools users and inserted Java Script code in at end of body of Custom HTML option of admin page.
