Hi
We Received following request:
"We would like to be able to set a privacy policy per site.
At the moment this setting is instance wide, however in a shared environment this is not flexible enough."

as suggested by @RMastop in #6769 we ideally should let user configure "Delete old visitors logs" and "Delete old reports" separately for each website.

request received today, to be able to change the IP anonymization settings on one idsite only in Matomo, rather than instance wide.
