@solarlaus can you maybe ask this question in our Forum first? There is also a German section. Make sure to provide some more details there if possible. Eg which Piwik version you are using and how you track the sales (eg PHP, JavaScript, ...). You might also want to have a look at the Ecommerce user guide.

One hint: In case you are having a German locale installed on your server try to uninstall it or alternatively try to update to the latest Piwik beta. In a few days there will be also a new Piwik version which could fix this issue in case it is related to #6435

Alright, sorry for this! Please try the 2.9 release which will be available in a couple of days. Maybe it'll fix your issue. Have you checked whether a German locale is installed on your server?

yes, there a de.php and a de.json on the server.

In case you can access your server and in case it is a linux can you execute locale -a on the command line and print the output here?
