after updating to 2.8b2, got lots of errors in dashboard

"please increase the timeout value in seconds in Settings > General Settings"
=>
but:
in Settings > General Settings there is no setting visible with the name "timeout value"

in Piwik 2.8 final it's still the same:

  • 3 different looking error messages from widget for same error (but their individual look has changed since 2.8b2 - compare: different error messages in dashboard for same problem #6356)
  • help message: "please increase the timeout value in seconds in Settings > General Settings" does not help, because a point named "timeout setting" does not exist in general settings
    (your screenshot from above helps but not every user has this image...)
