Can you please try the release 2.6.0-b1 which should fix it?

I am using the latest stable version. How would I upgrade my current large installation to 2.6.0-b1 ? I can't be so experimental. I have 12,000 websites supporting 8,000 paying clients. This current bug is preventing me from changing current clients settings per website.

there is no DB Schema update in this version so it should be risk-less upgrade. If something is broken you can revert to 2.5.0 without issue (just backup the file config/config.ini.php and restore it if you revert to 2.5.0)

Btw nice to hear you have 8000 paying customers with Piwik!

Thank you. I appreciate the response. And yes we have been using Piwik for all our clients for about 2 years now and I appreciate the work your guys put in and I have personally donated to Piwik in the past.

It didn't work. Looks like I'm desperately waiting for the next release to fix this.

Can you try again a ./console git:pull and then run ./console core:update to check you've upgraded. Do you see any error?

Ok, just updated to 2.6.1 that was just released. Still does not fix the problem. I tried those two commands you listed and both give me Permission denied. But I am root user. I also tried doing it as www-data user and still Permission denied. I was hoping 2.6.1 would fix it, but it did not.

I noticed in plugins/SitesManager/SitesManager.php after line 200, there is no SitesManager_AddSite listed here and it seems like it should. I put it in and then the page loaded further then before but then hit a new error "The string Actions_SubmenuSitesearch was not loaded in javascript.

This is quite troubling. Everything was working fine before and I haven't changed anything.

Click on Network tab and reload the page, what do you see there? any error? any error in your web server log?

No errors in webserver at all. The web page freezes not allowing me to click anything else. It actually crashes Firefox, and freezes the tab in Chrome. I'll try clicking Network before, but once I got to "Websites" the page freezes.

System Check is all green check marks.

Not seeing a Network tab anywhere. I have maybe 5 seconds to click something before the page freezes.
