First link is clickable and the one below isn't. Since the latter is useless, I suggest removing it.
After this operation, the text should be like that: "Learn more about Tracking Goals in Piwik in the user documentation".

Good point! Marking it as closed since it was only updating the translation key in our oTrance. The english and german one is already translated, all other languages have to be translated again.
