Settings / Tracking code

Problem
Advanced options are placed to the right of regular ones. When they are collapsed, they're easy to miss but it's only a minor problem.

Proposed solution
If we move Advanced options below basic ones, they will be much easier to spot because user naturally scans page from top to down.
