Hi,
On trying to update Piwik from 2.4.0 to 2.4.1, we get the attached error message.

Piwik - 2.4.0
Server - Windows 2012
IIS v8

The application pool account has READ, WRITE and EXECUTE permission in the file "Filechecks.php"
