"report to load by default" does not change to "All Websites" #5817

There is a bug (UI/UX based) with changing the “report to load by default”, in Settings->User Settings.
Steps to reproduce:

Select the radio-button All Websites dashboard
Click the Save button
The Radio-button goes back to “Dashboard for a specific website”
The default loaded report however is as selected.
The same works fine for “Report date to load by default”
