There should be a widget that summarizes the totals for the day you’ve selected. This should show Visitors, Unique Visitors, Page Views, Keywords, Referrals, countries, etc. Currently, the one thing we’re missing is a quick way to see the total # of pages for the day without going to the Visit/Overview page.

One could build such a plugin quite easily. All the code is there, you just need to copy paste the small bits to make it work the way you want.

You can also use the widget under VisitsSummary > Overview with graph

it shows number of pages + last 30 visits graph.
