After freshly unzipping the contents of last.zip and pointing your browser to index.php the FrontController’s checkDirectoriesWritableOrDie() function does show the files with incorrect permissions, but not directories that are not present (at this moment, /tmp, /tmp/cache and /tmp/templaces_c are required). Thus making it impossible to continue without creating these directories with no further information provided to user.
