Currently plugins developpers have to manually add the entry

```
Plugins_LogStats[] = PluginName
```

under the`
[Plugins_LogStats]` section in the config file.

This has to be done automatically for plugins that need to be loaded in the piwik.php script. For example in the meta information we can add a `
‘LogStatsPlugin’ => true` which would mean the plugin must be loaded in piwik.php
