Allow to display long page titles/file names/urls when there is enough space #5337

See attached example. Download URLs are cut even though there is still plenty of space.
Especially on the download reports, users care about the last part - file name, and we are unable to report it within UI (you need to export the data to csv).

Truncation was revised with #2834 3 months ago for 2.2. At least if you create a "solo dashboard" with just "Download" widget in it you should have at least URL with 127 chars long to display your dowloaded files (my own longest file URI is 126 chars...)

@mauser I cannot reproduce on the demo. It displays OK the Subtable label, even for labels of 133 characters. Can you reproduce this on the demo? what dashboard layout? (maybe you have a screenshot of whole screen?)

Looks like the screen I got was from earlier Piwik version, please close this ticket.
