There are many user guides for Piwik, see the full list here: http://piwik.org/docs/

It would be awesome for many reasons to be able to download a PDF file containing all the User Guides.

The goal of this ticket is to figure out how to generate a PDF (or single HTML file) containing all our user guides, ie. the "Piwik book".
