Uploading a custom logo to Piwik results in inverted display. See attached screenshot and sample logo file.

Have tried different logos and different graphics formats. May be related to PNG format. Might be caused by the vertical size being less than 110px.

Can replicate bug with Piwik 2.2.3-b4 and 2.2.2.

In 24ed560: fixes #5207 keep transparency when uploading logo, also improves quality of generated logo
