Thanks for the report. Assuming you have already setup Geo Location we cannot really fix it as we use Maxmind geo location database. Please ask them if possible.

Many, if not most of the locations issues would be solved if piwik would be able to work with the new (but also still free) http://dev.maxmind.com/geoip/geoip2/geolite2/ instead of the legacy old http://dev.maxmind.com/geoip/legacy/geolite/ ... geolite2 is much, much bigger and more accurate (eg, csv size of ip blocks increased from 64 mb to 174 mb, so there is 3 times more data).. too bad that Maxmind did not keep the same format in the new database :(

I used maxmind geolite on my site and it worked perfect with my location as Glisse said.
