Mark PHP extensions zlib and mbstring as required during System check #5008

This was reported in the forums: http://forum.piwik.org/read.php?2,113964

Zlib support in PHP is not enabled by default. You will need to configure PHP --with-zlib[=DIR] http://www.php.net/manual/en/zlib.installation.php
mbstring is a non-default extension. This means it is not enabled by default. You must explicitly enable the module with the configure option. See the Install section for details. http://www.php.net/manual/en/mbstring.installation.php

I checked and zlib + mbstring are already marked as required in the system check, so Piwik installation should fail if they are not installed.
