The goal of this ticket is to make using the Tracking API easier. In particular it will no longer be necessary to set the token_auth parameter when using the Tracker API for most Mobile App Analytics use cases.

• (done) Tracking API: allow bulk tracking without token_auth #5030 bulk tracking api not require token, which can be changed with bulk_requests_require_authentication = 1
