Reproduce:

change config.ini.php:

[General]
action_title_category_delimiter = " - "

visit some Pages with Page titles like:

"Category - XYS - Subpage 1"
"Category - XYS - Subpage 2"

Open Actions > Page tiltes
Navigate to Category > XYZ > Supage 1
klick "Open Transitions"

Result:
Error "There's no data for Category/XYZ/Subpage 1".
It seems that Piwik is using the default delimiter instead of my configured one.

( Expected Result: Transitions for pages with Title "Category - XYZ - Subpage")
