Improve PleineLune theme #4518

Go to Settings > Themes > Enable the theme PleineLune.

There are some problems in the PleineLune theme, for example the admin menu is displayed as black text on black background. Maybe we can generally improve the theme colors and look and feel?

Can you think of other ways to improve PleineLune theme?
