When updating a plugin check for correct 'Updates' folder #4494

Plugin developers can define an 'Updates' folder containing updates for each version.

When a plugin is updated, check the folder name is 'Updates' and not 'updates'. Do not update the plugin in case it is 'updates' and send an email to the developer.

Not really needed since we now have generators for plugin updates 👍
