If you hover with mouse over returning visitor icon ( picture - red arrow) wrong label is displayed "Returning Visitor - View visitor profile". This should be only "Returning Visitor" because of clicking on icon does not open/show Visitor profile. If you want to open visitors profile you have to click on next icon ( picture - blue arrow) with correct label "View visitor profile".
