Hello!
In a fully functional piwik install with ssl support, all the pages produce warning in navigators (tested with chrome, but classical issue) due to protocol error when retrieving piwik logo :

The page at 'https://analytics.example.com/' was loaded over HTTPS, but displayed 
insecure content from 'http://analytics.example.com/plugins/Morpheus/images/logo.svg': 
this content should also be loaded over HTTPS.

It was OK with 1.12 version, since upgrade to 2.0.2 there is this issue.

We can't reproduce it works for us on https://demo.piwik.org

Maybe your piwik is setup behind a reverse proxy of some sort? see http://piwik.org/faq/troubleshooting/#faq_121
