Sample page on my site: /faq

Views: 4
Exists: 1

it`s reported me - 3 visitors go to the inner url in my site, but, transition not visible et.
Transition plugin - reported me - 4 exits.

I add screenshots with english lanugage.

Scrrenshot step one: Displayed exits = 2
Screenshot in step two (opened transitions modal window): Displayed exits = 10

Why its difference? and why transition not showing really transitions to other pages if count is exists from this page (/faq) equal 2?

Question: may be that ticket is invalid and my problem describe this article http://piwik.org/faq/troubleshooting/faq_162/#faq_162 ?

ps: if you are not understanding me - tell me, i try to use english tranlate service for better speek.
