There should be a tutorial for every developer use case. Tutorials would create a list of steps describing how to create an example of whatever the use case is. Text would appear nearby that briefly explained each step and linked to different guides.

To get a better idea, could you list the use cases you think should be covered, in order of importance?

In 3572ef7: Fixes #4353, quick fix for parsing invalid log lines at the top of the file in the log import script: try first 1000 lines before giving up entirely.
